First make sure you are having CFW ( Custom FirmWare ) Then if you have, make that seplugins folder to your root of the memory stick. CXMB Plugin means a program, what will change the theme to your PSP. And the sounds etc...

Sofirst make the seplugins folder and then only put in CXMB.prx and textdocument. The name is VSH. And when you made it, it will be VSH.txt. And in VSH.txt add line:

ms0:/seplugins/cxmb.prx

Hmm... have you:

-enabled the plugin efom recovery menu

-Theme for: 5.00? Be sure that is not for 4.01 or some else

-Custom firmware

-theme in the ms0:/PSP/THEME/

If you have all of these and these folders in attachment, it should work.
