Can you import transparent .PNG images into here? That meaning importing a picture having transparent spots so there's no white around it.

Awesome!!! After Effect looks sooo cool I really want to learn to use it!!! Lets hope I have the patience. I especially wanna use it to make a Dawn of War race (so 3D models/animations etc.) how long would it take to learn that?

@nusaik Dude this is not animation!  this is video effects. If you want to learn animation! OR make Dawn of War race you need to learn 3ds max. Once you made an animation of the race. you import it into Adobe after effects and add effects to it like explosions ect. In 3DS MAX, or MAYA i reccomend learning 3ds max its much easyer than MAYA. They use thoughs programs to make moves like Star wars, Avatar, Toy story, and many other so if you want to learn 3d modles and animation 3DS MAX!

@TheSKYizFalling. Well VUE 8 is a very power full thing there is a PLE verson (Public Learning edition for every one) Download it and try it out  it can get very compicated with things but not all. Its manly ment for 3ds max, Maya or AutoCad. It manly ment for animation. Like for big open pictures or sort flims because Maya and 3ds max can make better land scapes but its much harder cheack out some Vue tutorials at Geekaplay(dot)com

@Clambercty hey thanx, I'm already there, I have vue7xst, it freezes up when I import poser animation, I unchecked the shader tree, but it still freezes up. I have 3dmax on another computer, I didn't know vue intergrated with that; so can I import max animation or export vue animation? I'm still learning. I think I tried importing poser animation into 3dmax with no luck, is it me or are they incompatable? Any help is appreciated.

ok 1 ist called "save" not safe :D 2. you expot the file not save it, saving it only allows you to save it as a project which is able to be re-opened in AAE and edited. so try exporting it once your done editing. :) hope i could help.
