It's perfectly normal at 3 months for some babies to nurse as little as 5-10 minutes at the breast and get all the milk they need as they become more efficient at the breast as they age. So I wouldn't judge your foremilk/hindmilk balance based on that. If you are truly have too much foremilk, too little hindmilk then you would have signs of oversupply. Google breastfeeding + oversupply and you will find advice on diagnosing and correcting oversupply, if that indeed is your problem.
I think you should keep most of the length of your hair. I think your hair looks really good. And a question for u: if you could go anywhere in the world: where would you go, and why?

You know i have some suggestion, when i went to salon the lady there told me that your hair should be 4 to 6 inches below your chin and just to show volume from the front get some layers may be with little hair 2 or 3! as layering in all of the hair is a big hassel cuz to make them again straight you have to cut it from the first layer. I dunno if im right you should confirm with the hair stylist
