  • this is stupid..

  • Why not just give him a roundhouse kick to chest. Olympic TKD does work in these situations

  • Fantastic technique. If the opponent doesn't have hair you can grab their opposite shoulder (that's how I was taught to do it)

  • why is he spanking himself?

  • boring just eye jab and groin kick

  • @0311huy What if they have a groin cup and goggles?

  • @Sevv9220 groin shot harder

  • @0311huy You win

  • When you practise this enough times this becomes a SIMPLE IS BEST technique. People WILL remember this when your adreline kicks in...it becomes second nature and often times you'll do a technique and not remember later that you even thought about chosing what technique you did...you just reacted. This is what is happening in a lot of dojos/dojangs people are doing technigues instead of developing them. Otherwise such a comment as you will not remember would not be made.

  • What DVD is this? Thanks.

  • @louiswashington1977 This isn't on a DVD, only here on YouTube. Check the playlist for the rest of the videos from this series.

  • In a real life situation instead of pulling the head back it's probably best to just punch the guy in the face... Multiple times.

  • People will not remember this technique in the street especially when the adrenaline kicks in, simple is best.

  • @TheG1NGAN1NJA When drilled constantly it will become second nature...though yes simple is best.

  • pretty cool! i wish i could do that! sadly, i have no one to teach me, no partner and no skill! (only the need and will!)

  • Lucky for him, the opponent HAS hair =P

  • @keishari

otherwise you pull on the chin or the neck

  • @keishari if they have no hair, you grab...their face.=-)! (eyes and nose are closest, when in that position)

  • @keishari he would just have grabbed the forehead dummt

  • @mr45615 Or the eye sockets if you're really brutal :P

  • @amounirl 'brutal'

    i love that word >:)

  • @keishari if not take that hand under your opponents other arm and up over the head :)

  • Too dependent on grabbing hand position on shoulder. As seen, the grab must be on top of the shoulder but not front. No time to think about this type of detail. The technique will work better if the same events take place and simultaneously trapping the grabbing hand with your right. Once behind and the arm is staged the hair can be grabbed. You must practice this to understand it. It is also difficult with shorter opponents.

  • Grab the elbow by the hand of the shoulder that being grab by from the out. And slip your body under their hand. Then get yourself to their back. Make sure that your inner elbow joint securing their wrist from slipping. And grab their elbow joint tightly as tight as you can. Then get your body close to their body, and make sure his wrist secured by your body but still your joint secured it. Then, get your wrist to their shoulder and lock the hand making them unable to fight.simplebutneedtotrain.

  • so what you do? you just slip your arm under his, slip under, and grab his hair? i watched it a couple of times, and still don't understand it.

  • Get a partner and practice it. It's the easiest way to learn.

  • That's the kind of stuff I'm learning in my self-defense class.

  • swift

  • also hi can do vaki gatame (from jiu-jitsu)

  • cool

  • JaJa!!! Cool xD
