I personally was not involved with this musical, but it went very well.

An idea that we did was that, since there is so many techies moving things around and that you will most likely have to hard a time hiding them, we dressed them all in black, white, and gray 50's style clothing.

You'll see them, but its understandable that they do not particiate other than to help and move things.

It worked very well.
