This isn't a proper break in. The images are to be displayed for at least 20 seconds or so before changing to the next image. This isn't going to evenly age all the phosphorus.
im doing that right now to my new plasma but the break in dvd i downloaded puts each color up for a minute before changing instead of the seizure inducing flashing.
i do know people claim its easy too do but i am very nervious about this
and the dvd would be easy then me doing this on my on my new tv ships out next week

download it then put it on a flash memory like this
PS3>VIDEO
the letters should be in caps then down load the file in the VIDEO folder then put it in the ps3 and download it there and that's it
