Was anything ever done about that Daemon from the end of the original Dawn Of war? At some point gabriel's gotta have a showdown with the big nasty daemon.

Nice, like it. Like the monk chant from "Halo" in the beginning, like the vibrant violin-dominated rock piece in the middle (gave a zest to the movie) and liked the somber piano piece in the end. My only issue is that piano and marines don't mix as well as, say; piano and guardsmen. But let's face; how many cinematic vids are there of the guard?

To all of you arguing that "metal doesn't fit Warhammer" check out a little band called Bolt Thrower who started in 1985 or so and were huge fans of the Games Workshop created worlds of Warhammer Fantasy and Rogue Trader (which became 40k) and wrote songs about them. GW in turn allowed them to use their artwork for BT album covers and until BT decided to call it quits a year or two ago the two enjoyed a relationship. And Bolt Thrower plays REAL death metal, if you can handle it check it out.

Metal is good for chaos; some metal is ok for the Imperium but it really depends on the vocal and riffs; most doesn't work but Therion is an ok band. When it comes to the Imperium there is no better song than O Fortuna.

Therion's own Carmina Burana is actually very well done, but that's only because they use operatic singers. I agree, most metal just doesn't suit the Imperium. Hearing thrash metal or Disturbed or some other non-sense just makes you wonder where the Noise Marines are hiding.

Soulstorm has been confirmed as the last Expansion for Dawn of War. Dawn of War 2 is being made, and its continuing the original storyline with Gabriel Angelos.
