2. I'm accustomed to a bit faster tempo, think probably it would be more effective

3. I like your dramatic interpretation, but it's no insult to say that I think Henshall's is somewhat better, not sure exactly why-perhaps because she hits the emotions and corresponding volume throughout the song differently; sometimes you draw out your syllables in a way that hints at an affinity to jazz or soul-subtle differences in any case.

Very nice. Try more space and less tension on high notes. I appreciate your personal style choices, but don't let the song get too sloppy. Character choices are wonderful, but make sure you fully commit to them - sing with honesty. You don't have to act this song. It sort off acts upon you, the performer, so the less you put on it the more it shines. Great work. You know what you're doing.

Listen to Lea, Patti and Ruthie version they all start with E flat. It's all E flat from "There was a time.... to I dream a dream in time gone by.......
