My gosh, people... It's unfair to try and compare a COVER to the ORIGINAL. It's rare a cover is EVER better than the original, similar to how a book is always better than its movie. You may enjoy the movie, but you'll always love the book more. Glee isn't about trying to out do the original, but about exposing others to great songs and having fun while doing it. If they fail to do it justice in your opinion, okay, but don't be little butts about it. Just move on & listen to something you enjoy.

You have to realize that Glee isn't famous because of their covers. They are famous for the amazing TV show and for the fact that they can all actually sing and the fact that they all have their own albums out so you can't say none of them have original songs! Also, they don't use autotune at all. It obviously isn't there and if you say they do use autotune, then you are either A) jealous that you can't sing or B) you've been listening to too much Rihanna.

The biggest difference between this version and the original is the mood of the song. Glee signs this with alot of great enthusiasm. But for Freddie, this was meant to be a very sad song. It had alot of meaning about his childhood and dealing with his sexual orientation. He was picked on as a kid, because he was different. Freddie was really a very shy person . It didn't seem so when he was on stage, but he was a very private person.
