Even though some don't think so, I think Mothra did her part. Godzilla was up against 2 strong kajuus and she came in to save Godzilla and take down one for him. I think she played a big role in saving the world.
@pogmstillfly Mothra Leo fires a tri-beam but regular Mothra can fire lasers from her antannae and can actually can shoot lightning from her wings but those powers are only seen in the Heisei era movies.

@Omar7270 Mothra doesn't win and neither does Gigan. Mothra does a suicide attack and kills herself and Gigan but she gets reborn and Gigan can get repaired again.

Seriously add 10 Mothra's with different power's hell i don't know i dont care for mothra much but geez i mean at-least experiment with the character a little bit.. Give it more of a unique an different tougher challenge for Godzilla.

that's not truth. mothra is stronger than she looks the part when gigan was burning mothra than she use all of her force like a phoenix flame saber to destroy gigan once and for all. proves that mothra is the guardian of the earth. she didn't die after that in the ending credits it shows morthra returns to Infant Island.
