Bless them and may they soon have the traditional Latin mass offered there as St. Therese, their founder would have wanted and who, the Holy Father Pope Benedict XVI calls for it in All churches, seminaries, etc. There is much disobedience by the priest and even the bishops in regard to having the traditional Latin Mass. But as the Holy Father has said over and over, "it needs to return, because of what so many in the church today have done with the modern mass." Attend a Latin Mass.!!

In Belgium there are the Benedictine Sisters in Schotenhof. But there are only a few old sisters. In the Netherlands there is the Kleine Karmel Oss.

Catholics are cool, I really like them. They are the only Christians whom when I talk to and are respectful of my religion and talk about being conscious that their roots are in Judaism! Other Christians forget that. And nuns rock! They're great strong ladies.

Those who offer their whole life to God, are not truly seeking happiness but joyfulness in being with the Lord. For happiness for me is a temporary merriment, a byproduct of self-satisfacttion. You can't be happy all the time but you can be joyful even in suffering. For joyfullness can only be found when you are with the Lord.

Words Of Importance!

It was His Holiness, Pope Jean Paul II's wish that all nuns would go back to wearing their original habits. With minor changes, if necessary. There are several reasons why His Holiness wished this so. One was, the "Out of Sight, Out of Mind" effect that was keeping nuns from being seen. Not seeing nuns for so long, as past generations had, put them out of the minds of the general populous.

Thus, there were not many young girls wanting to become nuns due to them not encountering any. This must change, if we would like to see more nuns in a world that needs them now more than ever. We wish you all to encourage and enspire girls to become nuns, of the "older" orders. If we do not act upon this in earnest, we shall witness the further decline of our sisters. We have technology and an ever changing world to fight against, or we shall vanish in years to come.
