That's good the you catch and release, but you shouldn't hold the trout by the lip like a bass. That's a easy way of breaking their jaw.

I fish in the eastern Sierras almost every year and i have caught a lot of trout up there but i have never caught a brown trout... Hopefully i do this summer.
