I was in the early teens and became an ardent fan of Elvis after watching him in the Blue Hawaii in the early sixties, and this song K-U-U-I-PO is still one of the best Elvis' songs to me. To me, Blue Hawaii was the best Elvis' movie of that era!!! Thank you for the video.

@charlotte946 If you go look at the back issues of Life magazine from around 1956 when Elvis' rise to fame was meteoric, you will see that everyone in the mainstream put him down, the religious leaders spoke of him like he was going to corrupt the morals of the nation. He sure showed them all by rising above it with pure talent, generosity, and really better morals than his hypocrite detractors.

i would love to have some life magazine issues of that early time, have tried a lot with e-bay, but was never lucky. but got my informations from various book and bbc documentaries. i feel they were and still are the best.
