  • That was bloody brilliant karbine.

  • I do want that tank. Can't build shit with ACF, i'm terrible with it.

  • @XXXXXXVIVI where did you get acf from could you give me links?

  • I must've gotten behind; when did the advent of actuators for control surfaces, effective propellers with ACF engines, and retractable landing gear come along? Is there a tutorial/ E2 anywhere?

  • What map is this?

  • @CrhonamO gm_buttes

  • @sardo what is your GPU btw

  • @wishihadaname94 6950 2gb

  • fukken saved

  • 0:08 how did you make the screen move far far ?

  • What is this song? It is very nice.

  • I thought you made a M3 Stuart

  • You could just record with timescale turned down a bit.

  • walter christie would be proud.

  • And I was getting 9 FPS through this awesome experiment/s.

  • Adv plz)

  • Fraps lag comes from a poor harddrive (write speed)

  • @Amplar2 Pretty sure the CPU has more to do with it, unless your HDD is excecptionally bad.

Compiling and encoding realtime isn't light on the CPU

  • @Exgaves fraps only encodes to avi during recording. I always record half res @ 30 fps, never any issues. I've got a quad core phenom ii x4 though

  • @Exgaves no he's right. fraps lags even on some of the more decent hard drives. proof was when I ran fraps on my old hard drive that had about an 80mb/s read/write speed, it got around about 20 fps (from constant 60 fps) with only something like 5-10% cpu usage on a quad core (gmod only uses one core) then I replaced it with 2x 320gb's which have a combined read/write of 190-220mb/s and I noticed much later on that my recording framerate doesn't ever dip below 60 in any game any more

  • What do you use to record and on what settings? I'm using a 6950 w/ fraps and it still lags.

  • @sardo97

    FRAPS uses CPU not GPU

  • @wishihadaname94 I'm pretty damn sure its not my cpu...

  • @sardo97

Apparently it is...Fraps tasks the CPU more than anything.. try oc'ing?

But if you're that sure it isn't your CPU try these settings they helped me out.

    * Set Fraps to record full-video, not half-size.

    * Set Fraps to record at 60fps.

    * Have Fraps record to a secondary internal HDD other than the one your games run from. Only exception to this that I'd say might be ok is if the external uses a SATA connection, rather than USB.

Hopefully it works better for you..

  • @wishihadaname94 Ok well i have a laptop 250gb witch i need to get a mount and i'll try that. The only other harddrive i have is a 250 in the system and a 1tb but if i unplug the 250 windows wont boot. Same with the 1tb

  • do a backflip faggot

  • Lovely stuff, as usual.

  • FIRST XD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @TheVortiman XDXDXDDXD
