This would make an AWESOME book, with more detail, more sub-plots more EVERYTHING! I absolutely love this movie and everything about it. I would LOVE to see a planet such as Pandora (which has anyone else noticed it looks like a moon of Jupiter?) and become one of the locals.

Horner always has a nautical feel to his stuff...i first noticed this when i was watching The Wrath Of Khan, and its remained with me since.......lovely, flowing stuff. It definitelt made a huge impact on a very much run of the mill story alongside those splendid effects. and so much of the emotion/empathy was strangely enough carried over in those computer generated eyes of the natives...the pupils dilating as the emotions changed ...fabulous stuff

@Sejanus Yeah, Avatar is the typical low-budget independent movie. Jeez. It's heading towards becoming the highest grossing movie of all time. I don't think Cameron needs the money :P

Downloading is justified in this case imo.

@Ashwakh This movie was incrdable as it is.. i dont know if they should make a second you know? i agree with when you said that they should buy the movie, it definetley should never be pirated, its way too good for that, but the ending was absaloutley amazing and its fun to imagine what his life is like now. im pretty sure thats what James meant for everyone to do. but i personally think Avatar is Outstanding as it is.

I agree. I don't think a sequel is really that nessescary (I would still see it, but Y'know). I liked how the film ended itself without the need for more.when sequels are introduced, a good film turns into a part of a mediocre franchise. I don't the Avatar universe to go the way of the Star wars or Star Trek universes, with countless spin-offs, new uninteresting characters based on an overused template, ridiculous changes to the story, prequels, (Dear god, don't make a prequel, PLEASE)

@Juigi33 That's interesting, to "imagine what his life is like now." I picture him sitting at night in the bioluminescent forest, or maybe on one of the floating mountains, under the many planets in his new sky, and thinking of his old life - human, on earth - how that old life is only a dream now; and how he now lives in an alien body on an alien planet. What a journey he is on, and no way back, only forward!
