This lady is trying to get some sympathy for those who file FALSE 498a. Usually it is not filed to get the dowry back. Women are told to leave their valuable at husbands place and then go file false cases and ask 10times the amount of valuables as RANSOM. This is all bull. Very easy to get your hands off by saying oh i did it because of my parents. No one can force anyone to do anything in this world against her wishes. False case is also a criminal act and every one making a false allegation is a criminal.
