  • This aint right. I have a 67' Opel Kadett B which rusn on unleaded for 12 years with no problems at all. 356.000km so far

  • @AsteroSSB lead in petrol was an octain booster as well as a shield for the valve's pounding into the head depends on spring pressure but your valves have proberly pounded into the head thats why they have hardened seats in unleaded engines.
