laissez faire economics did not cause the great depression. It was the Keynsian monetary policy and the FED printing billions of dollars for the great war. Then the economy contracted. Then the FED contracted the money supply to 1/3 just after 3x-ing it. The only purpose of government is to protect our rights, not to manage the economy. Article 1, section 8 puts monetary policy with the congress and article 1 section 10 mandates gold and silver only. Free market capitalism did not to this.

Don't get idealistic. When I say "comparable in violence to the October Revolution", I mean it will be bloody. And there's no guaranteeing that there'll be light at the other side of the tunnel. And said demographic is much more likely to be conscripted by simple virtue of the fact that "blacks" are generally more predisposed to unemployment / poverty, and therefore view the military as its only option. The cap will create scarsity in energy and sent prices higher, so the energy companies can charge cartel/monopoly prices.
