the new ratings are actually good..people they are rookies..i dont care what u did in college.. u have to prove it on the field..plus i played franchise mode and if u have a good year, u can jump 8 attribute pts...also when a player hits 30, hhe loses a pt each year, unless he is still producin and I remember in my mode tom brady goin from 97 to 91 in 5 yrs..but overall i say madden 2010 is way better than 09...

CB's, and RB's should have speeds of 90 or over. how is a CB supposed to cover a receiver with a speed of 86 when that receiver has a speed of 92 or more. Same with WR's. what if, u got a WR woth 85 speed and he's covered by a CB with a speed of 94 or over. it at aint. right Madden's speed ratings are bullshit. LB's and DE's should have speeds up to 90. LB's r supposed to be faster than TE's . How ca a DE be a pass rusher with a speed of 75? That QB will complete every pass without pressure.

I think that the rookies ratings are ok being lower then some of the other years but. I think they are being biased in some ways. the three OB's are 79,77, and then freeman's all the way down at 72... Im not sure if the ratings are of a wider range now like some of the NBA games where 69 means its and okay player but that's a bit biased for a 1st rdr. Even if he isn't good we don't know what he can or can't do. at least give it a little boast.
