yo i lived on 50th and pali (5008) workded all the time tough wny is the best you had the city (nyc) close by, all the convinience of bergenline and it was safe, i miss jersey too bad everything is so expensive. thanx for tha memories

I lived in an apartment house on 61st and Broadway, then we moved to the projects on 50th and Palisade, then to a two-family house on 58th between Palisade and Hudson (the owner was a #$%@), then to a two-family house on 56th and JFK West (the owner was a &*!#). When I tell people the town I grew up in was 1 square mile and had 42,000 people they think I'm crazy.
