There is an IWHBYD skull on outskirts and is the hardest skull to get in a halo game so far. Upon picking up the skull you teleport to ground where you will fight 4 waves of spec ops elites with energy swords,needlers,plasma rifles,beam rifles, and sometimes BRs ( few elites were holdin em when I did it and it threw me off). There are videos on youtube demonstrating the details of obtaining the skull by using marines, barricades etc., but no matter how you do it, it's VERY difficult to obtain.
@mnb676 I'm too lazy to look back at the video and see what you're talking about, but I'm guessing you don't have to. This is just the fun way to do it.
Oh, and I've tried it the other way, and I've gotten it before. I've gotten all of the skulls, except for the "I would have been your daddy" one.
@mnb676 In the second level, Outskirts, there is a specific area. There are videos showing you how to do it. You have to fight a wave of elites. Most people just pick up the "blind skull" on that level, but Iwhbyd skull is there, and it's REALLY hard to get.
@saekal no you just go to the part where you see all thoughs sheilds then you go where the grunts are and then you grenade jump up the little ledge in the corner then once you get up there you should see two camo elites dancing weird around the skull
