@BOPSKdeath Did you ever even play it? It's the sequel to your beloved X, which ties up some loose ends AND offers further exploration into the story. The intro isn't even Yuna, its an imposter stealing her outfit.

The game is equally split between Spira after the events of X, and trying to bring Tidus back. I understand that might not be your cup of tea, the bringing Tidus back, but it was still a good game. A Final Fantasy.

And I loved the job switching.

I beg to differ. As a stand alone title it was mediocre at best, but the real problem is the expectation you have before seeing it. The movie was below average to people who wasn't familiar with the games, but it was disappointing to the loyal fanbase because there was nothing that connected the movie to the games at all.

The only thing that made the movie 'Final Fantasy' was the title. They should have removed that, and just have called it Spirits within, as a stand alone title.
