@mrthundaboots On this gig, I couldn't imagine playing it with a regular bass player for a couple reasons...1) There is no live bass on any of Usher's songs...2) Val takes time to go in and make sure he captures the warmth and tone of what's there and then takes it to the next level... Keybass connects just like a live bass depending on who is playing...Valdez Brantley is a MASTER...Don't get me wrong, there is nothing like playing with a bass player...I absolutely LOVE it too!!

@MechanixPL That's a sub and a monitor behind me...It's really not too much coming out of the monitor...I have a little guitar, keys and tracks...I use the sub more for feel...I want to really feel my kick, the bass and the track(sequence)...In my in ears I have tracks, keys, guitar, bass, and my drums are rather low...I pretty much use my ears for the clarity and the sub/monitor to enhance the feel...

Yo...I've been trying forever to figure how you guys sequence the show. How do you guys run your backing tracks? I read somewhere back during the Truth Tour that there was an MPC involved or something. You mind explaining how everything was running?

@tizzizzailslf04 There were times wher Valdez(MD) controlled everything using an MPC...After that, I remember us using the Mackie...The last few tours though we are using protools to make all edits and using DP to run the show...Dre Bowman and Marc Delcore run the show from the side of the stage...
