Are Drops in Solar UV Radiation Responsible for Cold Weather?

if there is too much warm water turning into storms and you have numerous amounts of storms building becuase of ice breaking and falling in the ocean and the pivot effect of that weight on earth also solar system objects passing near the sun and effetcs seen on our staellite charts and graphs could potentially change temperature along with tons of water from broken reactors...the wobble could change pole measurements thus affecting even more climate change and us having to monitor ahead of time.
