If you have no reason for what you said, then why did you say anything at all?

There is no cap on Festival junior because if there was a cap they'd be forced to either skate Pre-Novice or Open (neither of which have age restrictions). Teams don't go open because they don't have the time or resources to put into two programs, and if all of the junior teams went pre-novice there'd be no point to having a pre-novice category.

Actually, I'm from elnora, which is one of the youngest teams in the Junior division in the West (the oldest skaters are 21, and there are only two of them... the next oldest are 18, and there's three of them and the rest are 16 or younger)

The youngest member of Ice X-Treme is 16. The oldest turns 24 this summer. I think they are well within guidelines for a junior team, although I admit I have no idea what the guidelines or even what the rules for synchro are. I just like watching my daughter skate!
