You should replace Gunk Shot with Fake Out. Considering Ambipom is really fast with weak defenses, Fake Out gives you that extra turn to decide what you need to do. Besides, a Fake Out and Last Resort Ambipom kind of ends the game when it comes to battling.

Ambipom with a Jolly Nature, EV in Attack, HP and Speed.
