This is my theory: Prior to and during his adventure with mxyptl Ras al gul was already planing to bring kyle back to life but of course to use him as a puwn. Now mxy of course is a trickster witnessing what had happend and of course superman hal and donna going to him for help he instantaniously devised his plan to make hal jordan responsible for the corps's destruction and there for tricked hal into being his puwn for his own twisted pleasure.

Good questions. People close to him may find out sooner or later. In episode 21, Hal will do something as Parallax that may make John Stewart suspicious.

....shouldn't Sodam Yat be dying the second he ran out of juice? That's the reason he needed a ring AND the Ion entity, to stop the lead poisoning his body.

My thinking is... you know how the Alpha-Lanterns have rings, but they're jacked directly into the batteries implanted in their chests? I think it's exactly the same with Ion in Sodam's chest... only times a million, as while power batteries are just conduit to the Central Power Battery that gathers up willpower, Ion *IS* that willpower. My point is, Sodam is probably keeping a constant charge, from his chest to his ring... if his ring gets sapped, it's pretty much instantly replenished.
