I have the same machine do anyone know if I should adjust the shave plate a little if I have a brick walkway, I just bought this machine and it is the first machine I have. do not want to do any damage, thank for your help in advance.

Same snowblower, the chinese engine is decently powerful, but tuned horribly so that  it surges.

your engine is faltering quite a bit. I'd put the choke on and leave it on just the slightest bit while you run it so that doesn't happen
