  • Moved here from Long Beach in 2006, sold house at top of the market, seemed obvious to me, at least. Never been happier than in Casper! I got nothing but good things to say about BTP, but then I also liked Dr Gene Scott...big fan of learning stuff, doncha know!

  • @Coverbuster Why do you say that?

  • @barccy Well, when a single man takes a invite for dinner to mean " I show up when I want" and even thinks its ok to stay when a married man leaves for work . He also never offered to chip in for all the free meals he got. BTP is a bigger Megalomaniac than Obama. He talks a good line of shit.

  • w00t! BOOOOSSSSSSTTTTTTOOOOOOONNNNNN! Hell yeah. Great author. Now i just have to figure out how to afford even more ammo..

  • "Couple years of friction...." That's hilarious. Mr. Royce accused the FSP leadership of lying and deception when New Hampshire was chosen. He continually trolled the FSP's forums, bashing leadership, and tried to mine the forum to join his group. He is not an honest person, in my opinion.

He has never apologized for his egregious behavior, and proved that he is a one-way player. That he was invited to the NH Liberty Forum is a disgrace - but it shows the "big-tent" the FSP tries to foster.

  • We need western FSP's in ID, NV, AZ, NM, TX, WY, MT, OR, and CO.

  • @NoLongerFooled Absolutely. I grew up in VT and spent lots of time in NH and seriously believe the "live free or die motto" is false advertising, the state has become nothing other than big government liberals and massholes fleeing mass only to vote for the same politics.

  • @amberpoovey I am from California...........as such, I am too used to the wide open spaces out west. There's no way I could move to NH.......it's about the same size two of the counties I have lived in put together.

Of course I want to get the hell out of Cali, but where?

  • @NoLongerFooled Yeah Boston was totally right when he said you can't have true freedom with high poppulation density. I don't know about you but the mountain west appeals to me, but specifically North Idaho/eastern washington as the winters are mild...but im totally done with the east as ive seen everything.

  • @amberpoovey I have been thinking about moving to Colorado, but I fear too many California idiots have moved there already.

  • @NoLongerFooled Wyo's a great place, we moved here 8yrs ago & love it would never willingly go back to SoCal. Your right about Colorado most of it looks like Mission Viejo.

  • @NoLongerFooled

Having FSP's in every state seems to counter the idea of moving people together in one place.

  • @andrewpyrah Yes, this is true. But we get lonely out here!

I am used to wide open spaces and a mild climate. I don't think I could move to a state that's the size of two counties I have lived in put together, and is freezing cold for 5 months out of the year, plus bordered by Canada and Massachusetts!

  • wyoming?? why?? We'll see.

  • I'm not so keen on this free state wyoming crap. Go rural for more freedom? sounds great, but I'm nowhere near a country boy. Small towns just ain't my thing. I need stuff to do, places to be! I'm more of a suburban-urban person myself.

  • Is Boston T. Party a 'true' full-blown libertarian or is he really more of a libertarian-leaning conservative who thinks it's fashionable to say "I'm a libertarian"? I can't stand the latter. If you're libertarian on a few big issues but are still very much a mainline leftie or rightie, it doesn't feel right. What about issues like gay marriage or abortion? Where does he stand on those? Would he fight for marriage freedom and gay rights in Wyoming as part of the FSP?

  • @whoo689 He is not associated with any particular political party. His stance on Gay rights and abortion from what I have read about him are that the government has no business in controlling either of them. Boston believes that Freedom means "freedom".

  • I really respect Boston for speaking publicly like this. He's a great author, and a BRILLIANT thinker and author. This guy has his act together-he's the type of person who should be leading us not the bankster NWO pawns.

  • What about Alaska? Why opt out of Alaska? Schaeffer Cox and you are almost identical in your thinking. I moved to Alaska immediately upon deciding it was the place. I read "Molon Labe" two years ago. Great book. I also like "Unintended Consequences".

  • great interview!

  • dig it.

    MWD

  • Trying to join as an associate - I'm having pop up issues. Ah, I wore my WY t-shirt just yesterday.

Looking forward to the days when we can caravan from east to west - one huge freedom fest!!!!

  • What Boston says at 3:35-4:30 seems true from what I've seen. And it's definitely appealing at times.

    Keep up the great work!

  • Wow, thanks for this. I've been a big Boston T. Party fan, and have read most of his books for years I've always wanted to hear him speak, but he is so reclusive there are pratically no audio/video interviews off him. I know he lectured at the Freedom Fest, but the video of that has yet to be availible (accept a short clip from Dave Ridley)

  • I thought this thing was dead and that they were asking people to join FSP NH

  • I wish they would start a free state project in a warmer climate state like Tx or Fl.

  • @sizzled28 Who's "they?"
