anyone got any i:am:i they can put on here? it was pulkas with alex baker (et9) on drums. pretty much the same band really. which was only a good thing
I have "Greed" its a great little album. Earthtone 9, Pitchshifter, Misery Loves Company, Godflesh, Pulkas, One Minute Silence, Sona Fariq, Medulla Nocte, Murder One, Raging Speedhorn, Iron Monkey, Kill II This, Global Noise Attack, Onedice, Stoopi, Miocene - The 90's and early 2000's ruled in the UK for killer metal bands. Of course there are the new breed of metal bands coming thru which is always mental. I FOOKIN LOVE METAL.
The Pulkas album "Greed" is amazing. Hard to find but if you do see a copy grab it and don't let go. Such a shame we don't get bands like that come along anymore.
Funny you mention that, I'm sure they were actually to be on the bill as well! I think they pulled out thouhg, it was Liberty 37 (I think that was the number anyway) instead.

One of the best UK bands from the start of the 2000s
Along with SNUB, Lockdown,ET 9, Iron monkey
When UK bands were taking on the US no problem - with no sign of hair extensions!

So many great UK bands around that time with their own distinct sound, but nu-metal became popular and it was all downhill from there.

Agreed, the mid to late nineties had some great bands touring around the UK. First saw Pulkas support One Minute Silence, awesome show!
