I wanted to ask you if you should wash the fabric first before you get started? Would it matter if you didn't as far as shrinkage goes? Also, can you do a tutorial on how to sew a baby onesie or a toddler T-shirt? Thank you again for sharing you talents with a tutorial! :)

How long would I need to make the length of the fabric for the ruffles at the bottom? I'm doing this with a size 18 month.
