Don't over do it and get hurt! Be patient with yourself and you'll do great! Dents in the pole won't affect its stability, but if you think the threads or mounts are damaged- be sure to call X pole for their professional opinion. Good luck!

Its a great video, also I have a 45mm xpole and I love it. Much easier to grip. My next is going to be a 50mm TG. Oh and I loove the huuge mirrors! great idea. I wich I could find some that big. xoxo
