I'm heading down to Guanajuato for my first time and i was very impressed and proud of your skills to present such a documentary. It is one of the most historical places in Mexico and can't wait to see it personally. I am from Guadalajara but live in Los Angeles.I sugest you go down to Guadalajara because you have an eye for quality and you'll find lots of historical monuments and places to present to your audience.By now you have an audience to cater to!Good luck in your career!
We drove from Dallas, to San Antonio, to Laredo, to Monterrey, down through the valley to San Luis Potosi and then over to Guanajuato. We did this trip in 2006, and felt very safe. It was only Caleb and myself (his dad). I'm not sure how safe it is today. I do have friends that still drive from Dallas to GTO a copule times a year.
@citationxbjfv Driving may not be the smartest idea since the border towns and west coast are the areas affected. I would think that if you drive and stick to the larger roads, it should be no problem...but with the cheap airfare, I would fly. Guanajuato is not affected by the cartel problems.
@ponder8n It's sad that these days even us the mexicans can't go in to a nice road trip because of the uprising violence of the drug cartels, now, almost every road and highway is very dangerous even for us because the violence of the cartels and other criminals. But I'm glad that you enjoyed a wonderful road trip to Guanajuato one of the best colonial cities in Mexico.

I've been to Guanajuato once also on a trip to Mexico in 2000. I met a very beautiful girl name Ale I fell in love with her I still remember it very good. It was an amazing trip shes actually from there and the funny thing is my name is alex just like her. We kissed in front of a church that was next to a big indoor swatmeet, that was our first kiss. Unfortunately after my trip I had to come back to california. And still to this day I still wonder of her.

I've been to Guanajuato once also on a trip to Mexico in 2000. I met a very beautiful girl name Ale I fell in love with her I still remember it very good. It was an amazing trip shes actually from there and the funny thing is my name is alex just like her. We kissed in front of a church that was next to a big indoor swatmeet, that was our first kiss. Unfortunately after my trip I had to come back to california. And still to this day I still wonder of her.

Muy buen video, muestra lo bonito que es guanajuato, tuve la oportunidad de estar ahi hace 15 dias y me enamore de Todo Guanajuato, de los edificios , la gente , la comida y espero volver pronto.
