That Was really good, my Squadron doesnt do things like this yet. But a couple of the Cadets play drums in the Air Cadet band nearby... i'm from 1743 Crieff Squadron (Scotland) we were 38DF but now a Squadron ;)
not too bad, certainly better than most ATC Marching bands i've heard, just accents should be carried out with the wrist's not the arms although it improves later on (Y), and shouldn't play so near the edge of the batter head creates a different sound and shouldn't be used for volume control, also isn't too healthy for the batter head, not too bad though defineately best atc drumming i've heard and seen... dosnt bet the SCC tho ;)
well done lads!! i love looking back at this! it really shows what you can do if you put your mind to it! i remember when i showed that beating and you where all sure that you would never get it! i hope you have realised if you work hard and put the effort in the possibilities are endless! unfortunately they didn't win. But in my eyes they did!! tremendous proformance lads! next compertition we will. looking forward to carrying on instructing and working with you guys! james
i really like it when it gets up to 4:00 and till the end. good job guys. - Cpl Jack Leung, 201 squadron and Ceremonial Squadron, Hong Kong Air Cadet Corps
Good demonstration of rudiments. I hope proves my point it is what you play on the drum head is most important. The sticks under the nose comes second.
haha one of them dropped there sticks

Fantastic!!
Impeccable stick drill at the end, really impressive work... did this win the competition in the end? Hope it did, as you certainly deserve it.
I'm a FS and snare drummer from Trent Wing band, also going to ATC National Marching Band camp, if any of you are going...?
