But she didn't care for him, he was just a toy. Scarlett, on the other hand, loved him - she just didn't realise it. But both K and S were cruel to their men...

@guschdel123 Basically Mystic Falls plan to do a town square movie night and the film they choose to broadcast is 'Gone With The Wind', which just so happens to be Damon's favourite film. As you may know he got bit by Tyler and as a result of this it will lead to him getting amnesia just like Rose did and so Damon is going to start getting his memories of Katherine mixed with Elena, and people are speculating that they're gunna kiss like Scarlett & Rhett^^ :)

This film was and still is perfection. What an era, They actaully had some morals back then, no need to put a sex scene (it wouldn't have been allowed anyway lol) to get an audience. A passionate kiss was all you needed. Great cast and crew, acting was superb, and overall one of the greatest films ever made. Hollywood today isn't even the shadow of what it was then. That's why it was called the "Golden Age."

Powerful footage from one of the true classics! Though it's one of cinema's most famous kissing scenes, from what I've read it wasn't all that pleasant for Vivien Leigh. She reportedly complained to others that Clark Gable (who wore false teeth) had terrible halitosis. And he was a well known chain smoker...so that probably didn't help the situation better. Oh well...such are the sacrifices to be endured for the sake of "art"...and a hefty paycheck! :)
