Zune needs a hard reset I suggest using a small screwdriver to pop off the plastic shield where the Zune cable plugs in and remove the 2 screws on each side of the plug. pop cover off.locate the batery plug on left corner of the Zune.Using your screwdriver pop the cable connection halfway off and do this to the other plug on the right side.Wait 3seconds.then push down the right connector and then the left battery connector.Your Zune should start up. Press the backing of the Zune down. Done
your advice proabably fucked up a lot of zunes, they could of just "waited" it out, Idiots who listen to that advice deserved to get their zuned fucked up!
I hate to break this to you, but Zune failed miserably right after it was released.
