  • Hello... Thanks for this, I am very interested in the product. But May I know if this will really work on 3 tier cake or more tier? especially during Transportation? Will it be strong enough? Look forward to hearing from you. Thanks.

  • @mlp2070 The 4-tier cake in the video was supported and transported with the support show as have been many other cakes.

  • Very informative! I like how it was no talking during the process! ;-)

  • Thank you very much very useful and informative

  • Hi, I saw something in your video about a french sour cream vanilla cake, but cannot find it on your website? Sorry, perhaps it was somewhere else?

Cheers and thanx for excellent tuturial

  • @loekiehere It our our site--links left column--Cake Recipes/Tutorials - Free (below the video links)

  • when its time to cut a wedding cake,,,exactly

    ?what is the method?

  • @shyne4world2c Go to our site, and in the left column, click on "Cake Tutorials/Recipes - Free." On that page is a link to "Cake Cutting Charts."

  • What size cakes did you use in this video?

  • @slw984 Sizes were 6, 8, 10, 12" cakes.

  • do you cover your cakes with buttercream or fondant or what ?

  • @LouizaChris We do both--this one was fondant.

  • About 40-45 seconds into the video, there is a note on screen:

"the cake tiers should already be leveled, filled, and covered . . . The tiers should be on cardboards the same size as the tiers--i.e. 10" tier on a 10" board.

So only the cardboard sets on the carpet tape.

  • this is great do you think this would be possible for a cheesecake? also with each layer you put on the previous does the carpet tape not come in the way of serving the cake? i mean is there a board or something between the cake and carpet tape, as it looks like the cake is just going onto the tape?

hope this makes sense-thanks so much!

  • I really liked this video. It was clear and can be followed easily. Thanks

  • Hi there :-) I really enjoy your tutorials. I have a question, do you deliever your cakes stacked? It looks like your method with the sticky tape would hold them in place being you do not use the dowel support throught the whole cake. Thanks!!

  • @jestevezk9 Glad you like the videos. Yes, we deliver them stacked.
