If you do your a jack ass for the rest of us This is clearly something that is a personal choice like wearing a helmit while riding a bike If i'm going to ride a bike in traffic or on a 30 ft half pipe it is a good idea to wear it but does it really need to be LAW? ......no.. thats the answer Its my choice .
That has to be the worst seat belt campaign ever. It focuses on punishment rather than the reason why the seat belt is actually necessary.

Seat belt laws are unconstitutional. Officers that enforce the law are hipocrites because they also swear to defend the constitution.
