This clearly isn't bothering the cat. If it was he would have jumped up right away and ran off. Instead he rolls around and enjoys himself. Even after he crawls his way to the edge you can see him roll over again on his back (not fall over) enjoying himself.

My verdict: overall a cute simple video.
