  • U peeps are critical I think the desgin is EPIC!! She did exsllent u peeps talk to much if u don't have something nice to say then shutup geee talk to much 0_0

  • i skipped the intro altogether. it was too long /: and wouldn't tape be easier?

    i'm sorry, i've seen better :S

  • U really suck at this don't make a video on how to do something if you don't know how to do it!!!

  • @hiyaa chincaa ur rite and you talk yo much yoo

  • I'm sorry , but You absolutely suck at this

    p:-

  • Or just use tape

  • The design wasn't so hot but you did a marvelous job at explaining, other videos I've seen just confuse me more than I already am. :)

  • Room Temperature and use tape not oil that was a waste

  • that was awful.. srry

  • actually its room temperature and u wrote if u try this id love to see ur results so please chekc out my channel i got watermarbleing and smiley faces and tht goes 4 any1 whoreads this <3 uu guys

  • my nail polish keeps on drying before i dip my nails how do i stop that? thanks!!!

  • I tried this, this morning and when I put it in the bowl, the nail polish kept going to the side, and when I went to go make the design, the whole thing pulled off onto my toothpick, I cant seem to do this:(

  • It's warm water not to hot not to cold

  • wait, hot water or cold water im confused......

  • use tape it helps the clean up

  • can glitter work to

  • i liked it but the intro bored me so next time dnt do such a long intro but besides tht I LOVE IT nice job

  • You are awesome and amazing!!! Love all of your videos definitely gonna try this one :D

  • I don't like the color of the polishes but it's still pretty cool!!!!!!!! -3

  • Amazing! but, my polishs... it's not so much they dried to quick as I couldn't swirl them. they just kinda blended together. Any tips?

  • Here is a joke chuck norris was names after him self

  • Worked marvelously! very messy... but awesome technique! :) thanks!

  • i did that!! and it turned out beautifully!! <3

  • mine doesnt expand why please answer

  • @luv2h8teu2 Could be many reason: are you near a fan or vent? what temp is your water? what type of polish are you using? what finish is the polish? Usually it is one of those.

  • nice vid thx. oil is good. i tried it with tape + oil. i did not have to use nail polish remover. >.<

  • You should do a peace sign/hippie theme

  • where dd u get seche vite and seche base

  • @tartarcake Sally beauty supply

  • ughhh! it looks easy but it so friggin hard! :( when i try to put a pattern in the paint, it just all clumps up and dries up really fast :(

  • @kensycat if you want you can use a smaller bowl & room temp water to prevent the polish from drying to fast

  • wow that tight

  • I either tape my fingers, use chapstick, or lotion. : )

  • THIS LOOKS.. HARD D:

  • thanks ill try it!

  • Love it

  • I tried it today and you make it look really easy but its hard! did it for like 1 and a half hours with my thumb and i failed ;S xx

  • how much water did you use?

  • did u use normal water r warm water rply me

  • @TheAbhilash06 Generally you want to use room temp water, warm water will cause the nail polish to "set" to much on the water and you'll have to rush in order get the color on your nail. Filtered or bottled water also makes the process easier.

  • no offence but u shud do less talking cuz i had to skip threw the video cuz i wanted to get to get to the point

  • you can also use tape to not get it on your finger. :)

  • could i use vaseline instead of the oil ?

  • put vaseline around your nail before doing this so all you have to do is take a q-tip and wipe it off

  • I've done this before and it's easier to put tape around your finger instead of oil it's easier less scrubbing way easier trust me TRY IT!!!!!!!! Any questions? Just ask

  • The polish wouldn't spread so much if it were in sometime like a cup instead of a bowl, and I tape my fingers :P

  • how would you do this design on your toenails?

  • I don't get why people say it's a waste of nail polish. You're just putting in a DROP of nail polish! Nice nails though! They're pretty :)

  • I've done this before but it's so much easier if you put scotch tape around your nails so it's easier clean-up.

THUMBS UP SO PEOPLE CAN SEE! :)

  • could u do vampire fangs with the colors balck and red and white thank u sooo much

  • Heey can u please do tie-dye nails??? Thx a. Lottt

  • Instead of taping or oiling the skin around your nails or whatever, just use vaseline(:

  • instead of getting oil all over yourself just taping your fingers is a good non messy way :)

  • im gonna try it lol! hope it turns out good! ☺

  • Nice but a big waste of nail polish especially if they're expensive.

  • @vivienneMK I just went to the dollar store to buy colors experiment with.

  • thats fucken amazing.

  • You need a smaller deeper container, so the polish can't spread too far and you should just tape the skin round the nail before dipping, much easier, less messy 

  • this makes a huge mess & is a waste of polish , its pretty but i hate it >_<

  • I tried it and it just became a big mess

  • This is really awesome <33333

  • its all very easy opi works gr8 too many colors isnt good they wont dry and will run ...

  • its all very easy opi works gr8

  • i saw another video n she used tape to cover her fingers instead of using the oil

  • way cool! i wanna try it

  • wow thats really good(: i was trying it while watching your video and it came out great! thanks for the video(:

  • That was really good!!! You might wanna try putting tape around your nail so it's not as messy(:

  • Um i have a few questions. So when I do thi sometimes it comes out really thick on my nails. Is that normal? Also if you were to put a thermometer in the water what temperature is it?

  • can you use any type of nail polish?

  • did you touch the nail polish brush to the water? or did you just wait for it to drip?

  • @FHNgrl8 you would wait for it to drip. you dont want to get water on your polish brush or in the bottle of polish as it doesn't mix (water & oil, lol). hope that helps

  • It will not work for me What should I do ??

  • When I do mine I use scotch tape instead of oil because the clean up is a lot faster,I also use a dixie cup so that my pattern doesn't spread out as much. Room temp filtered water also helps with the polish dispersing more evenly. Great video though!

  • Oh I just put tape on my hand s but this looks like it works to thx

  • first, you dont have base white, so the colors dont pup up

second, the desing is anything !

IT'S NOT TIE DYE wtf you just put in the water and put your nails in.

go on SimpleLittlePleasues FOR REAL WATER NAILS !!!

    YOU SUCK DUDE

  • thats soo cool

  • you are very good and creative dont listen to the people who are mean to you they are just jelous of you

  • @Chanchification no1 asked for ur opinion so back off

  • very odd but cute

  • This is a beauty shop trick, it's really easy if you've seen it done at least once. Petroleum jelly around the finger and nail help the polish not stick. Another beauty shop trick. It's really cool with two contrasting colors, too. :)

  • I think the negative thing about this, is that nail polish gets all over your hands lol. I can make beautiful designs, but I only do it when I have the time, determination and the cleaning products XD

  • Ive watched a bunch of videos and 1 tip to keep the nail-polish of your skin is to use scotch tape

  • does seche vite work good because when i use it it stinks really bad so i normally do not use it

  • does it have to be the water nail polish or just anykind....

  • @916vanggal Any kind works. I used this video, it worked great! The brand of nail polish I used was LA Colours. :) Hope I helped.

  • you can place tape around your nails instead of oil and then removing it........ its easier.....

  • how would you do this if you were doing two hands at the same time...

  • @anonymousx37 You would need to do one hand then the other....depending on the size of the container you were using to hold to water

  • @sarah310398 I used LA Colors and it works great. But the thing is, you can't dip the nail polish brush into the cup, you need to let the nail polish drip in. then it should work like hers did. I did it and it worked very well. Great video. The only colors that don't seem to work are any light colors. They will just drop to the bottom of the cup, or bowl, whatever you are using. :)

  • @sarah310398 How fucking ungrateful are you...

  • @sarah310398 Nail polish remover or acetone removes nail polish...it is shown in the video

  • @szuchnic Hello, I just wanted to give you a quick suggestion..when your doing the water marbling on your nails you should use tape everywhere around your finger but not on your nail then dip your finger in..It doesn't get messy all over my hand at all... you should try it.. hope it helps :)

  • @sarah310398 you could use scotch tape to tape it around your cuticle.it helps way better than oil,and easier to dispose of

  • @sarah310398 I've done this before but it's so much easier if you put scotch tape around your nails so it's easier clean-up.

  • @sarah310398 ive done this before and its easier to get the nail polish off by putting lotion all over your finger around the nail before doing the water marbleing then using a brush and nail polish remover will remove the nail polish off your fingers. remember to change the water after doing one finger :)

  • how much water is needed?

  • @MsWentz101 A cup or so...

  • @szuchnic Nail polish remover, or acetone...I showed it in this video

  • VERY COOL. (:

  • i find that its easier to use room temprature water over luke warm

  • If u stopped at nine seconds...LOL

  • I would use scotch tape it keeps ur fingers alot cleaner and u don't have to take extra time to clean the extra nail polish off .

  • Way to cool!

  • Ah! I'm trying to do this, but none of my nailpolishes seem to want to work with the toothpick. I mean every time i try to make a swirl with the nailpolishes the polish attaches itself to my toothpick and then I'm unable to make the marbled look against my own nail.

How can I make it so my nailpolish doesn't have that affect on the stick. Any ideas?

  • @ComeBounceAround I've played around with water marbling and it seems like some nail polishes don't work. Try a different brand. I use Sally Hansen and most of the colours have worked pretty well so far.

  • THAT WAS AWESOME

  • genious

  • can you do a nail art tutorial on zebra nails?

  • Omg thata awesone thnx a ton !!!!

  • i really like it...

  • wat brand do you recommend for d water

  • wooooooooow how did you come up with this idea? :) it's great!

  • @szimcsiszimi It's definitely not my idea. I actually saw a picture of it somewhere and researched how to do it!

  • FUCKING STOP TALKING.

  • I did this tonight with ice blue, silver and white polish. Came out nice :) thanks!

  • Oh my!!!

This is Amazing! I love your videos! Im favoriting!

  • you dont have to use oil i prefer lotion because the prevents the nail polish from touching ur skin :)

  • i tried it out and it didnt come out that bad! i feel accomplished! :)

  • is it cold or worm water please

  • @louba111 Room Temp

  • thanks sooooo much! all the other vids i watched said to use petrlioum jelly and it was such a pain to clean up. i never tought of using olive oil!

  • I just did this, and i wanna say i love you cuz theyre awesome and it was my first attempt. Also could you do a christmas and/or new years water marble?

  • Great tutorial. But I guess it works better with a smaller bowl.

  • wait till tha water is at room tempature and any nail pallis will work

  • this dosent wor at all i tried and never worked

  • would it work if you put all of your nails in at once? great tutorial btw! :)

  • i tried a bunch of different videos and this is the best one!

  • @TheCurlygirl89 Thanks!

  • @szuchnic you really explained comparing to other videos!

  • use tape to cover the skin around your finger

  • @zainadlr I know this now but didn't a year ago when I made the video. Thank for the tip though.

  • @szuchnic use pretoleum jelly, thats in vaseline out it round your nails then use a cotton bud and it wipes off really easily

  • is it just pure water? in the bowl?

  • @sharpayjoymee Yes!

  • i use my other finger nail too! it's soooo much easier than acetone because you can really touch the nail.. :DD

  • Nail Marbeling don't look good on nails since all the 10 nails look different in pattern...and it's messy to do!

  • You should use a plastic cup (like the red ones). That makes it a LOT easier and you have to use less nail polish. ALSO, you have to be careful of how high you are dropping the nail polish from b/c it can sink to the bottom or spread out too much...and using more drops of color is best so you don't have spots of your nails that aren't covered. :)

  • u can just tape ur finger up to lot less cleaning to do

  • i tried and it doesn't work

  • can u do it just on the tips

  • can u do it just on the tips

  • @mslaw2004 I'd imagine so! Just tape off your nail where you don't want the polish!

  • your bowl is too big :O :)

  • @JustinBi3b3r911 Olive Oil

  • Thank you so much! I bite my nails and i'm trying hard to stop.. lmao. But this looks great on short nails, and your tutorial was so helpful! I've seen makeup tutorials and such, most people aren't very clear with the directions, just wanted to let you know that yours were really clear. Thanks again(:

  • @MarielleAnneMalleau Thank you!

  • two questions please: how lukewarm should the water be? will microwaving for about 5-10 seconds be okay? and secondly is it possible to do multiple nails at a time or would that get too messy? thank you for your time

  • @hollymcombsfan Water should be slightly warmer than body temp. Yes! You can do multiple nails at once it is a bit messier though.

  • i have tried this multiple time and it has turned out awful help!!

  • I have tried that multiple times and it hasn't turned out great do you have any suggestions?

  • Thank you! :)

  • Sooooooo cool!!! Am deffo going to try this one out!! Thanks so much for the tut :)

  • @Natalina1985 Let me know how it works for you!

  • why when i try it i can't make the swirl (combine the colors) and it all gets stuck on the stick

  • @775evelyn Try changing the temp of your water to be a bit warmer!

  • hi! i was wondering.. how did you do it without the bubbles? i've been doing it for sometime now but i still cant get rid of the bubbles.. excuse em for my grammar. im not american or english.

  • @AlexYan926 You will always get bubbles but to minimize them I would suggest popping them before you drag your nail through. If you look at my pictures you will see that I have bubbles too!

  • is there of nail polish for water marbling or can i use any nail polish ..?

  • @SuperFoOoFoOo Any polish should work but different brands/finishes work better than others. As far as I know there isn't any polish that is made for water marbeling! HTH!

  • wow. i just tried it! ima need some pratice at it, lol

  • @LoriXwasXHere It takes a few times to get it all just right...you'll be an expert in no time!
