  • Good stuff posting this video man! This video has helped me out. Thanks!

  • This will effect the dynamics of the track though, when there is no speaking. There's more professional ways of doing this.

  • 10/10 el video esta muy bien explicado

  • thanks for the help man

  • very helpful thanks

  • nice man cheers

  • merci

  • You have no idea how much this video saved my skin. I missed my uni lectures on it. Cheers very much! Fucking fantastic video.

  • Well... I finally get what the bus factor is. In the other DAW I used to use, before I converted to Mac and Logic, they were called sends. Honestly, I'm just looking for a tutorial to tell me what these compressors are for... Surprisingly enough, I've been makin' tunes for about half a decade and I've never really used compressors much. Not sure what they're for if it's not adjusting the output of said instrument. I'd appreciate me if some one could point me in a direction (a video hopefully!)

  • @HAMayoral check out sflogicninja i think thats who we all learn from

  • thanks very much

    great video!!

  • thank you, im going to try this,,, I have a really busy part of my mix , and I can bearly hear my vocals.

  • @ONEyeMarco

You commented a while ago, but I will say it anyway. I wouldn't necessarily use this on a music track. It's great for VO work and radio/podcast, but sounds weird in music. Just turn up the vocals and use overall compression and try to get it right that way.

  • thanks for this informative video and your other ones as well.
