You shouldn't disguise after a kill if you plan to cloak and escape, since the disguise smoke can still be seen.

Felt like you died after cutting because you disguised before cloaking and they saw the smoke.

you got good ping on that first spy kill. if you have less than 10 the animation often doesnt trigger.
