NHL is waiting to kill somebody by hockey pig as Brett Connolly is, but it will be to late be a juge for that. Player violence increases every match. No only once some player was close to death but all were clasified "accidentally". Is realy need to be somebody kill for game?

@ThePizzbomb Calm down there buddy, Looks like a good hit. It's kind of a perfect storm situation where his approach angle and the way he was stopping, vs. where Howden stopped up allowed him to deliver all his power to Howden right in the chest.

One time in a tryout I got knocked into the boards like this and took the corner of the wall right into the base of my back. Got winded something fierce and was sore for a week. Maybe that's what happened here?

@DWNSPRKS I can agree that the hit isn't the worst that I have ever seen. It's just kind of harder to simply let it fly after the guy has came into camp with an attitude and work ethic that has been far from admirable.

@ThePizzbomb I dunno if that's it. Connolly grew up in my hometown and I played some hockey with him and he is a really nice guy, one of the nicest guys you'll meet. I think he just has a hard time showing his emotion and stuff around the media. He's a pretty reserved person but awesome guy once you get to know him.
