I'm starting a blood angels army and would it be a good list if I got some drop pods to capture objectives and some las cannon predators to support and blow away veicles

The only concerning thing about the assault squads not having jump packs, is that when they jump out of the rhino they will get to shot to bits for a whole turn before getting to assault

nope u can leave them in the rhino then the following turn disembark and shoot and assault. as long as u dont move the rhino first thats a legal move

make your devistators with 2 plasma cannons and 2 heavy bolters, put other lass cannon in other tac squad, it helps alot

I thought about that, but as I was looking through the recent codex I noticed that most of the models actually don't have the black stripe - only a few did. Perhaps it's laziness on my part, but I actually kind of enjoy the pure red look with the ball wash and highlights.

@dorian26uk i do it for every two squads but u also have the right kneepad with different symbols/colours.

Dante and the Furioso are both fine alone. If used properly, the two of them can take down just about any squad in the game on the charge.

Furioso dreadnought and Dante are a must, and they work really well from what I see. Sorry for repeated commenting, I'm always commenting half way through vids =D. 995 pts? Add melta-bombs for the tactical squad or an assault squad. Also, I think you should run the assault squad's as a single ten man, varying on the game.
