last week i remove the front cover of my 5530 using a credit card, after i remove the front cover and see it all i can say is OUCH! the credit card destroyed the volume rocker cable ribbon, (thankfully not the touch ribbon)..this disassembly of 5530 is the most proper way, hope i watch this before i decide..

does it require any special tools to do this and replace the screen? i dropped my 5530 today and the screen is totally screwed and doesnt work anymore! there is a dent in the screen where it hit a stone!
