  • I'd be more shocked if a Republican ever told the truth, than if Tim Tebow gave the middle finger salute to God for not letting him win every N.F.L. game he plays in the rest of his career.

  • what an ugly, shriveled-up old cunt

  • This is total Bull Shit. Get rid of her!!

  • the only good thing about Kay Bailey Hutchison is that the tea party hates her.

  • I'm ashamed this woman represents my state. She did not get my vote.

  • @njabulani Then you must REALLy be proud of rick perry, john cornyn and the dude who thought we were too hard on Haliburton and BP for the oil spill......NOT!

  • WOW if i had a dime for everytime i hear OBAMA INHERITED A MESS what the hell president dont? The fact is he has not tryed to clean up the mess he has only added to it. Trippled bushes spending, health care that will bankrupt the country lol wake up !!! bush was a fraud but make no mistake obama is a joke

  • @michavl12 Bush didn't inherit a mess.

  • @njabulani Yeah, don't you love that line of complete bullshit? But those evil retardliecans will argue forever that Bush didn't cause this $ 20 trillion meltdown in 2008. Was somebody else president at that time? I mean they lie as well as the Nazis and I can't tell a lie from the truth anymore. LOL!!!!!!!!!!

  • To my fellow Texans, FIRE Senator Kay Bailey Hutchison; the ranking Republican member of the Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation. She reply s to me "Unfortunately, these security policies systematically failed with the nearly successful terrorist attack on one of our airliners on Christmas Day 2009 by an Al Qaeda-trained Nigerian terrorist. This disturbing incident highlights the evolving nature of terrorist threats against our country." She has bought this TSA fraud. Remove her.

  • say it with me:

YOU. CANNOT. FIGHT. TERROR. WITH. WAR.

  • @pengiswoof What would you do? Use harsh language? Fundamentalist Muslims hate you as they do all infidels. They really do want to convert all of us or kill us. Which would you prefer? Say that when they slit the throat of your child or lop off the head of your mother. Terror is war. No amount of love or Miranda will save anyone from the wake of Islamic Jihad. Death is what they live for, and they are a danger to free people everywhere.

  • @luke55664 Yeah yeah, War is Peace, Ignorance is Truth, blah blah.

  • @pengiswoof Well what would I know..............I've only been to 7 different Muslim countries. All long before 9/11, and the post 9/11 experts that like to lecture on Islam...........And war.

  • @luke55664

Terrorism isn't a new phenomenon; and never has it been successful to fight terrorism with war. It only breeds more terrorists. The current invasions of Iraq, Afghanistan, these will breed new generations of terrorists, now and in the future. The Taliban, they're a relic from the Soviet era...So imagine our predicament decades from now when the children whose parents were slain in these conflicts grow older, and angrier.

  • @pengiswoof Slain by whom? The Taliban? Everyone is entitled to an opinion. Doesn't mean you are right. Reagan kept terrorism under raps fairly well with gunboat diplomacy as did the English back in the day along with Bush as of late. You should actually read history.

  • @luke55664 Slain by us.

  • @luke55664 Speaking of a gross ignorance of history: do you know how exactly Reagan "kept terrorism under raps" (wraps)? Please look up gunboat diplomacy. Then please also compare this to cointelpro, psyops, Right Wing Death Squads, Iran-Contra and tell me if the latter examples "conspicuous displays of military power.

It's clear that you were willing to attack my word choice in several examples. But before you point those examples out, please check your own (lack) of historical knowledge.

  • @pengiswoof Let's pretend for a moment you don't know me. Check my age, I was in Central America at the time and what you have to say on the matter is not worthy of a response. As in prior posts, you have yet again made statements which are not only untrue, but marginally coherent as well..........

  • @luke55664 This is, yet again, nothing that 1) you can prove and 2) relevant. I too was in Central America. None of this means either you or I is an expert. My best guess is that you're simply parroting official history, that we're "done nothing wrong" If this is the case, if you're that deluded, then I no longer see any reason to debate you on this or any other topic.

  • @luke55664 I must say, I LOVE the idea that you have countered arguments here with "I was there." Seriously, who gives a shit?

  • @pengiswoof You are precisely the post 9/11 expert I am speaking of...... Have you spent much time in the middle east? Interviewed many Iraqi's or Afghan's? Do you know how they feel/felt before and after US invasion? You act like we are the clear and present danger to free people. Get a clue already. In both circumstances, the people are glad we cleaned house and liberated them from tyranny. Ask them for yourself, as I am certain you haven't seen any media ask that basic question.

  • @luke55664 You understand why your logic here is hypocritical, right? As in, you can't deride "experts" you disagree with only to stake a claim that you know more than others because you've "spent time there." This only makes you the "expert" you claim to dislike.

  • @pengiswoof Your post: ""Terrorism isn't a new phenomenon; and never has it been successful to fight terrorism with war. It only breeds more terrorists."" What "Breeds" (cultivate a better word) terrorism is that which is influenced by terror. Jihads have been at this long before the "New World" was ever discovered. So blaming war and US foreign policy is quite BS! I am sorry your having such a hard time recognizing this.

  • @luke55664 What [Breeds] terrorism is that which is influenced by terror. This is the most simplistic logic I've seen re: terrorism: it's like saying mothers with unwanted children cause abortion.

  • @pengiswoof You obviously missed the point. Sorry that your IQ is a tad low to grasp what I am saying..... Was it as simplistic as you comment on Tea Party members and those in foreclosure and the relation therein?..........You talk in circles then commit to nothing you have said. Good luck with that in the future........Don't bother responding as I will surely go on about my life quite comfortable with having never indulged in the reading of your sorry ass replies/posts.

  • @luke55664 You have explained nothing except "I've been to these places. Aren't I special?" You have yet to answer one of my statements with anything resembling an objective idea. Where I made statements not in response to you, you have misinterpreted then and then attack my IQ, something that to this point has never been mentioned and, as ad hominem, is pretty lame for someone trying to explain anything, however incoherent.

  • @luke55664 That was a pathetic attempt to seem sophisticated and you stamped it with the sorry ass replies. Why are you so uncomfortable being yourself?

  • @pengiswoof ..Furthermore,as it is evident you know little history, the War in Afghanistan during "Soviet Era" was between 27 December 1979 – 15 February 1989, between the USSR/Russia allied with the democratic republic of Afghanistan against the Mujahideen. The Taliban, is a Wahhabi Islamist political movement that governed Afghanistan from 1996 until it was overthrown in late 2001. ""Soviet era relic??" How about post Soviet movement that has recently been all but dismantled.

  • @luke55664 @luke55664 I should have restated that "relic" comment: many of the faces and names behind current insurgencies are former allies. You must admit that making more enemies in the struggle against what you claim to be fighting is an endless road, and that the future implications of this are frightening (it's this simplification by talking heads that I have a real problem with).

  • @pengiswoof .Yeah I bet! No doubt you did some reading after having read that post. Kudos to you.........

  • @pengiswoof Also, and sorry to bloviate, but after reading your post I think you are in need of some factual knowledge. The USSR was asked by the Marxist government of the Democratic Republic of Afghanistan to deal with the Mujahideen who was supported by none other than United States, United Kingdom, Saudi Arabia, Pakistan, Egypt and other Muslim nations through the context of the Cold War. The US has a history of protecting Muslims worldwide long before 9/11 and still we got attacked.

  • @pengiswoof You make the case that sugar will get one further than vinegar with regard to waging war against terror, but even with sugar you are as likely find your head removed just the same! You are right, terror is not new. And it will always exist. But loving them will not save you, much less anyone else from the blade I am sorry to say. Killing them is what we are left with as harsh language and diplomacy fails to captivate them.

  • @luke55664 I never mentioned sugar or vinegar.

  • @pengiswoof

    a·nal·o·gy /əˈnælədʒi/ Show Spelled[uh-nal-uh-jee] Show IPA

    –noun, plural -gies.

1 a similarity between like features of two things, on which a comparison may be based: the analogy between the heart and a pump.

2.similarity or comparability: I see no analogy between your problem and mine.

5.Logic . a form of reasoning in which one thing is inferred to be similar to another thing in a certain respect, on the basis of the known similarity between the things in other respects.

  • @luke55664Thanks for the vocabulary. However, it's a big assumption on your part to assume from even my initial post that I favor "love" over caution, in this case, the sugar to the "vinegar" (really overdone "analogy" on your part).

As for picking up my use of "breeds", nor is "cultivate a new word" really the term you wish to use. Which reminds me: is telescoping one's intelligence through a youtube post necessarily the best way to argue a point that they have yet to prove?

  • @luke55664 I don't know you. And in general, arguing that having been in a place = expertise about it is pretty weak. It's not saying both are mutually exclusive, it's just a lazy argument, here.

  • Earth to the Liberal Left, Afghanistan did not heat up until JAN 2009. I am not sure if you remember, but in 2006 IRAQ was basically falling into the Abyss. When Bush sent five additional Brigades to Baghdad in "The Surge", Harry Reid and the Liberals condemned it. Guess what? The surge was a success, and it denied terrorists safe haven. In 2008, Al Qaeda moved its operations from Iraq to Pakistan, thus exposing our vulnerability in Afghanistan in 2009. Those damn facts ALWAYS get in your way.

  • The five brigades definitely helped from a security standpoint but you conviently left out the truck fulls of cash that the Sunni tribal leaders were given in an effort to calm things down. Not to mention Afghanistan ''heated up'' long before Jan 09. Btw, do you really think "Al-Qaeda" moved its 'operations' part and parcel from Iraq to Pak? Those damn naive theories seem to be getting in your way..

  • @ResParaCue, Are you fucking joking? Did you never read an intelligence report in 2008 or 2009. Do you not remember the famous "Number of Attacks Slides" that EVERYONE thought was wrong, because the number of attacks in Afghanistan increase by over 300% in Jan 2009? Are you even a ParaRescue Man? I guess you would know this if you spent more then 3 months in Combat? Run along Airman you are WAY out of your league.

  • @RocketRitch88 No im not fucking joking. Afghanistan definitely 'cooled' off for a bit but we would have been able to deal much more decisive blows to the taliban had it not been for the Iraq war. We diverted a lot of resources and attention there. And wow, hats off for talking shit about another service. I guess that makes you an airborne laundry specialist? If you knew dick about csar you probably wouldn't make those jokes. You're way out of your league, Leg!

  • Leg? Now that is funny, coming from the guy who raised his right hand to join the AIR FORCE. It is pretty funny when even the SecDef take shots at your branch. "Air Force better start pulling their weight, or they are going to find themselves back in the ARMY". HAHA! Junior, read Kill Bin Laden that pretty much sums up OEF for 24 year old CHERRIES like you. When you were flipping a coin between the Navy and AF, I was placing breaching charges in Mosul at 3am. Sit and Spin Chair Force.

  • haha...they call themselves "The Young Turks." I think "The Old Statists" would be a better name. Nobody watches the state run MSLSD channel. The disgraceful anchors spend the entire interview trying to smear her but it didn't work.

  • Mr. Patriot. You are absolutely right. MSNBC's ratings are in the toilet bowl for a reason. They think they are mainstream...but in reality they are so far off from mainstream America and are pushing their futile agenda. These anchors have the typical liberal elitist's mentality. A shame really.

  • You're right. I've come to the realization that all liberals/progressives/socialists look to the state for equality because they feel as if they have been wronged by society. Rather than take care of their own problems, they "hope" for "change" from the government haha

  • You're right. I've come to the realization that all conservatives/right wingers/birthers/teabags look to uneducated white people (Limbaugh, Beck, Palin, O'reilly, etc) for their talking points. And generally speaking, are much to involved in cousin-fucking or nascar to learn about the world around them and understand things like history, politics, economics, or finance. Rather than learn, they prefer to take someone else's word for it. If Beck said it..must be true! He's got a chalkboard!!

  • Hi Obama sheep. Are you mocking me? I'll compare my education and iq to yours any day of the week. Why not just go get your welfare check or government student loan and any other subsidy we (working people) provide you with and leave politics for the rest of us. Okay, pumpkin? Or perhaps you could thank us and go on your little Marxist way, but I wouldn't expect that from a liberal. Just remember to say please when asking for your next entitlement... ps Your cousin is a good fuck!

  • @Badasspatriot , Hello there Cletus. Im sure you were out in the streets protesting when we invaded Iraq too? Oh thats right..protesting a needless war would be unpatriotic wouldn't it? Heres a fact, the war on iraq will end up costing more than HC reform, was completely un-Constitutional, and oh by the way, killed thousands of young americans in uniform. But no worries, the TV told you it was ok. Btw, if you liked my cousin, you should try your sister!

  • Perhaps you should ask the families of those mass murdered by Saddam Insane or the oppressed women of Iraq whether or not the war was needless? As for cost, the Iraq war will cost far less than Obamacare when all is said and done and, unlike HC, it was completely constitutional. Why aren't you protesting the Afghan war again my brotha (to my lova lol)?

  • @Badasspatriot They don't believe that others should be as free and democratic as we. In short, they are just a bunch of whiny hypocrites! To them, like TYT, it's just a game of Lft VS Rt. They see the world through a child like prism of Black & White, R & D, Fox & MSNBC. It is quite embarrassing to know our fellow Americans argue politics like it's a spectator sport. Of course when they run out of insults they will once again claim "It's about the issues!" By then it may be too late.

  • @Badasspatriot "take charge of their own problems."

Yes, damn all those irresponsible people who bought homes and now are disenfranchised and as a result joined the tea party. Why don't they stop blaming the government!

  • The insurance companies are FOR PROFIT companies they are required to pay out 70% in claim They keep 30%. This is why they are posting so much profit to pay their CEO and board of directers.. We need a NON_PROFIT instead this would only cost us 4%. That means 96% would go directly to pay for health care. Kick the greedy, pre-condition insurance companies to the curb.

  • Karen, there are plenty of NON-PROFIT insurance organizations out there. YOU just need to do your homework! My wife, 6 week old, and I have an insurance policy that we are very happy with, and guess what? It's a non-profit organization. What's beautiful about the FREE MARKET system, is you can pick what you want. You want to kick them to the curb? Good...go find another policy. Do your homework and research out what's best for you! Unless you have some kind of entitlement mentality.

  • hey u fucktard young turk dick shit, ur an idiot and thats y uve wasted ur pathetic life doing some gay internet blog, FUCK U

  • George W Bush was the Commander in Chief and was gettting the details from his Generals. Kay is not running for Federal Office and Texas has no interest in wars overseas beyond supporting our troops. So ask a General if he blames KBH, Rick Perry, Debra Medina, Bill White or Shami. Otherwise think before you ask!

  • all texans should check out Debra Medina! She is a true conservative constitutional Republican that respects private property rights. She is real and FOR THE PEOPLE! Check her out!

  • Comment removed

  • Kay Bailey GUMP Hutchinson

  • Enough of her shitty ads littering every damn video on YouTube! I long for the chimney commercials again.

  • I urge all Texans to check out Debra Medina. Hutchison runs with the same group of elite and special interests as Perry and will sell us out just the same. Medina is the only candidate that seems to demonstrate any knowledge of a constitution, small government, and keeping the Federal Government out of our business. Youtube Debra Medina, you wont be disapointed

  • you are no Glen Beck. We need to be at war. IF we pull out before we win they will take that as weakness and surly carry out more attacks on the USA. There are home grown cells in America that will carry out attacks when there told to by terrorists. We can quit the middle of a war.

  • @GunnysGirl71 look at what happen in dec in 1998 when we bombed afgahanistan and sudan considered to be where osama was and where chemical weapons were being manufactured none of that being the case causing hundreads if not thousands innocent to die no one cares to discuss that, that same gut feeling we had in sept 11 in US im sure is the same feeling felt over there in 98. Good bless u and ur husband my prayers are with him and the rest of the troops that are serving overseas, peace be w/u

  • where is all the anti war that was going on before obama, he was supposed to bring them home not "1year , not 6months, but now" did he not say that?

  • pete226: What about dumb-shit W starting BOTH Wars & having no exit strategy? Remember non-existent WMDs & Uranium with 21st Century Intel?

    ~Obama's ties with Ayers = 0 Dead

    ~W's ties/lies with Iraq = OVER 200,000 Dead (along with 100s of Billion$ of tax-payers $ down the toilet)

    GOP = GREAT OBSOLETE PITY

GOP GOAL: LOSE another 58 Senate & House Seats over the next 3 elections again & continue to be IRRELEVANT in National Govt, along with suffering from "sore chins" due to excess TEA-BAGGING!

  • the point is to end war, 100s of Billion$ of tax-payers $ down the toilet to this date and still counting, of course there is casuilty when wars start that doesnt justify to continue it(still in iraq) every party lies but there is so many that just because they belong to a democrap or republicrap its ok now lets go along. as long as there is democrap and republicrap (divided not united states) we will never un f ourselves, and they know it and they love it.

  • dead on...

...thank god some people get it.

  • No, he did not say that! He said that he would be bringing them home the troops from Iraq in his first term and finish the Afghanistan war that was forgotten. There is a rtimeline for an Iraq and everyone will be home by August 2010.

  • sure hope ur right FUman, i was just going by his campaigns b4 president, but i guess that was just for those purposes, did say he was going to bring home now even had a stratagy plan but it seems like healthcare was priority before bringing anyone home. to me it seems demos and repubos are the same thing BIG GOVERNMENT! or now WORLD GOVERNMENT.

  • no. he said "I am not opposed to all wars. I'm opposed to dumb wars." he also said "When we send our young men and women into harm's way, we have a solemn obligation not to fudge the numbers or shade the truth about why they're going, to care for their families while they're gone, to tend to the soldiers upon their return, and to never ever go to war without enough troops to win the war, secure the peace, and earn the respect of the world.

  • So he we will continue fighting wars, just like mclame had inteded only he was being honest or strait up. Im just going by what obama said before president, not making it up just look up Obama's Promise to withdraw troops in Iraq by 2009 by the way nice favorite. we will never be at peace as long as we are on their "holy land"

  • those quotes are from the campaign, long before he became president. i agree with you in re war, but i'm just pointing out the potus is doing what he said he would. most of the trouble that's gone on in this world during my adult life has been caused by USA and Israel, no doubt.

  • Both Democrats & Republicans are the Party of Corporate Terrorism on American Taxpayers.

  • Unfortunately she is my senior senator, and I have to say that Hutchison SUCKS as a senator, she has done nothing to help us out in this state. But no worries, she will be going into retirement sooner than she wants! Gonna be a good day in Texas when she is out.

  • Is she gonna step down as senator in order to run for governor or is she gonna hold on to the senate seat just incase she doesn't unseat Rick Perry?

  • No, she's a straight up liar right down to her core! She said she was stepping down to run for governor. Then she began losing by double digits against him (which she still is behind by that much to this day). Then she said she was staying to fight healthcare... ha, yeah right. Then she said she is stepping down no matter the outcome in March. For the record I don't believe her because she's a liar and Rick Perry IS going to clean her clock come March.

    Happy Retirement Kay!!

  • Why does Texas keep voting for her as senator? They've re-elected her like 2 or 3 times. In fact, she got over 60% of the vote last time. Does she have the people of Texas fooled or something? I know a bit about her ineffective run as senator. I know she was a Bush ass-kisser. Why do people keep voting for the woman if she hasn't done much for Texas?

  • She's never had a challenge, that's why. She would call herself a Republican, and could hide it really well until now. She has shown herself, and will not ever hold office again. And she thinks she'll win against Rick Perry... that is laughable. I can honestly say, and I'm really not just saying this because I hate her, but I really never cared to know what she was up to so I can't speak for the rest of Texans. But I'll tell you this, never again. That's for damn sure. Never again!

  • Something else you have to keep in mind. Texas is the second most populated state in America, and she could not get over 3 million of the 25 million to vote for her (she barely got 2.5 million votes). Quite honestly, people just don't vote, especially not for a Senator. Tough stuff but they just don't care enough (even though I think it's important). But they ONLY reason she could ever win in the first place is because she was never challenged.

  • After reviewing this video, it looks as if Hutchison needs to have his adams-apple removed BEFORE Man Coulter does.

  • I disagree mavrek47... Sam Coulters could block your view in traffic. Its a hazard to other drivers :P

  • hahaha backpedal backpedal backpedal !! hahaha

  • this is no winning in Afghanistan. it was the straw that broke the back of the Soviet Union in the 80s, partly due to our involvement with money, weapons and training given to the Taliban then. we made the situation worse and now we're going to fix it? no way. where Iraq has the possibility of working out in the future, Afghanistan is entirely different.

  • I love Young Turks!

  • The young Turks rule!!...I love watching rightwingers shoot themselves in the foot. Lately they havent been content with that, now they're re-loading and shooting themselves in the head! HAAAAAA!!!

  • you are an idiot

  • I would explain it to you but apparently you are too stupid to get it.

  • haha you're retarded.

  • It's ok, you're just a leftwingnut hack volunteering for the Dumb-o-cratic party. u aren't fooling anyone.

  • We're not going to be winning ANYTHING when we got idiot senators & congressmen like this in office.

  • LOL

  • So when obama does something-- hes weak. but when bush does nothing-- hes the greatest war president of all time.

  • Kay Bailey Hutchison is ANOTHER example as to why RepubliCONs are LOSING elections faster than they can IN-BREED possible replacements!

  • the world has changed, but not people's mindset

    war??? again? still?

  • well if it isn't obvious, please explain your comment

    "The Young Marxists"

  • Republicans are HYPOCRITES! So far alot of the things they are crying are the same things they did or were in favor of during the bush admin. Its almost like its a prerequisit that you have the be a hypocrite in order to become a republican.

  • Hutchinson is a typical Republican: "Let's not talk about the past"- Funny, they'll talk about FDR, Carter, and Bill Clinton as if they were the AntiChrist, but "Oh please don't talk about Bush".

You Republicans are a bunch of meal-mouthed, lying-ass, weak-kneed sore losers. You take lying and hypocrisy to it's highest levels!

  • you might be right, but could you explain?

  • SEPTEMBER OF 2008?

Gates, Obama's Secretary of Defense, was Secretary of Defense then too. What a dopey argument.

  • Gates was put in to try to fix the Rumsfeld mess.

  • AND YOU DOPES...

still don't realize that the supposed troop in action happened on the watch of Gates, B. Hussein Obama's current Secretary of State. Get a basic education, little fella.

  • inaction*

  • No your the Dope.... Mrs. Clinton is the current Secretary of State. Mr. Gates was the Bush's Secretary of Defense and he is currently serving as President Obama Defense Secretary.

  • Who backed the Iraq war? Rumsfeld.

Who sent the smallest force possible into Iraq? Rumsfeld.

Who relied on Blackwater mercenaries (who have committed so many of the atrocities of the occupation)? Rumsfeld.

Who gave big fat delicious no bid contracts to Halliburton? Rumsfeld

Who weakened the US army while increasing their budget then claimed that he went to war with the army he had? Rumsfeld.

You can't blame the failure on Gates, and through him Obama. They inherited the mess.

  • @dangerouslytalented "The Mess".............lol How original!

  • MSNBC---The PRAVDA of tv news.

  • FOX is Der Sturmer.

  • The only thing this video proves is that MSNBC is as big a joke in jettissoning any concept of unbiased reporting as Fox is,Maybe the troop increases didn't occur the previous 7 years because the Iraq situation was considered more dire and center stage? That was Bush's fault, but why is Cenk or anyone more concerned that Obama is being attacked than what the future Afghanistan policy is going to be?All this stupid white hat- us black hat- them is the thinking of children;and Obama rumpswabs..

  • @mrbris: lol@ "the iraq situation was considered more dire & center stage." yeah,.. w/ all them invisible wmds, the non-existant yellow cake uranium from niger, the pre-emptive strikes against a defenseless country, the fact that no iraqi was part of the 9-11 hijacking (they were mainly saudis & egyptians); the absence of al qaeda in the iraqi govt; al qaeda's hatefilled relationship w/ saddam's secular govt; etc. etc. etc.

  • im not saying that Hussein was a good guy, but the way he treated his people wasn`t the reason they invaded, oil and a familly fewd are, cause theres still alote of worse regimes out there; Iran, North Korea, China, Russia`s getting pretty bad Isreal`s continuous invasion of Palestine against the U.N.`s orders Soudie Arabia`s terrible but the`re good friends of the Bush family! most of Africa(i know its a continent im not Sarah Pahlin) is one genocydal coup d`etat after another!

  • rumpole:None of what you said was thepoint;I felt as betrrayed as anyone when no WMD's were found in Iraq;but pulling out and leaving chaos there wouldn't have been moral by any standards;and the military situation there was much worse for a long time;anyway, the point is why is a news program more concerned with protecting Obama politically than examining Afghanistan policy going forward? Is that what tyou want?A Lefty version of fox News ?

  • Nice another dumb fuck republican gets owned beautiful.

  • In fall 2008, the democrats weren't talking about Afghanistan either. But I guess they get a free pass, right? At that point, the media wasn't talking about the Afghanistan war and the DEMOCRAT controlled congress had pushed it to the back burner. They didn't consider it an issue, and they don't get called on it? Probably because Cenk, like his friends at MSNBC is just another mindless cheerleader/fanboy for Obama and the dems.

  • Actually President Obama talked alot about the war in Afghanistan and the need to get it right.

it looks as if you didn't hear those speeches he gave about Afghanistan but I doubt they aired them very much on Fox News. They were too busy calling him a socialist terrorist nazi.

Hay, remember when President Obama said Fox news is a lying steaming pile of horse sh!t and those who watch it are morons?

    He was talking about you.

  • yes you are 100% right fox is a steaming pile of horse sh!t. so that makes the assholes who watch it . are the parasites that flies around the sh!t they call fox news. they are waiting for beck, fox and limbaugh to bend over so that they can be spoon feed what ever comes out there racist assholes.

  • Did he align himself with parties that practice social liberalism? There are all kinds of liberalism you know. What people call liberal in the US is not the same as what people in Europe call liberal for instance. In Europe, the more right wing, less government parties are called liberal, more like classic liberalism. I'm not sure what the case is in Australia. Liberal is not per se left-wing.

  • lol thats actually a good point, the shit at fox news is surreal, i always found it hard to believe they could say things like that... if Murdochs goal ways to redicul the republican party through sarcasm, it definatly got me!! but it seems to me that most people who watch it believe in it, in my case i sometimes watch it out of satire, its so absurd it gets entertaining

  • Hey Phryj666 The Liberal Party in Australia which Rupert Murdoch supports is the CONSERVATIVE PARTY, which recently ruled this country from 1996 to 2007. The center left party is the Australian Labor Party, both major party's suck balls, but especially the conservative badly named Liberal Party Of Australia who hate workers unions and love big business and individual agreements between workers and their masters, that's why John Howard lost the 2007 election. I'm an Aussie and I should know.

  • Well, I didn't know that. Still, he supported Obama in the last election. Most likely because he only cares about ratings, journalistic integrity be damned. Not that MSNBC's any better.

As for both major parties sucking balls, the same can be said here.

  • Bush and his cronies cared nothing of the welfare of Afghanistan. Now it's 's Obamas mess to clean up.

  • She wants to be Gov. of Texas,,,,

Give us a break.. Bush, now Perry SUCK

    now HER?

We Texans, are not all Stupid.. Yes, I know it's hard to belive.. Sorry

  • fuck republicans and the blue dog democrats. the fucking conservatives are the biggest hipocrats with every fucking thing they do !!! they lie about being christians and about all the bullshit that bush have done to fuck up this country.finally when we get someone that have done alittle to fix up what bush have messed up they bitch like retarded assholes !!! and if u talk to anyone of those assholes on the right. u wouldn't even think that bush was the president during the last 8yrs.

  • excellent video. david shuster is a one man conservative wrecking crew, i love this guy!

markos moulitsas of the daily kos said it best, republicans would criticize obama for taking their own advice.

hutchison was nailed to her god fearin creationist cross, for hypocrisy, no two ways about it!

  • tomitstube":Shuster is a one man conservative wrecking crew'----Is that his job?

  • david shuster does his homework bitches, don't try that piss poor bullshit up in here. you will have to pay for it!

  • tomitstubeWow;what a cogent,well thought out response;:you're 52 years old;don't you feel a little idiotic calling people "bitches"?

  • huh? "do i feel idiotic calling people bitches"? uhm no?

wasn't i clear? k b hutchinson was handed her testicles to her by david shuster.

  • 2:25 so NOW the Republicans are talking about winning, as opposed to constant warfare to fund the military corporate infrastructure.

  • I'm not sure, but wasn't she just on Meet the Press and said she would support the president if he did decide in favor of increasing the troops? Am I thinking of someone else?

  • Republicans always put politics ahead of the welfare of the greatest country on earth.

They would rather America burn to the ground than admit they fully supported not going after the people responsible for 9/11 and actually aiding them at every opportunity. Traitors to the United States and aiders of Bin Laden one and all.

  • read a history book. you wouldnt make such irresponsible statements. also understand the context

  • she wasnt busted up... and democrats suck at answering question so just shutup and study up!

  • cgordon6969 - Is that why 43 other countries helped Bush fight in Iraq?

  • Actually, they just signed a paper saying they supported the effort. All words, absolutely no action.

Only four countries, US included, actually fought in Iraq.

  • trying to explain things to Bush supporters like the difference between fighting in a war with you and 'supporting' with non-combatants or food or supplies or just not opposing is not going to work..

Post105 probably also still thinks there's WMDs in iraq.

  • you have no idea how international politics and NATO work do you.

  • If you want REAL UNBIASED news, take a look at the Al Jazeera English channel on Youtube. It was a real eye opener for me..

  • The editor of Al Jazeera was on Daily show, and he didn't call his paper 'unbiased'.. only biased in a different direction..

there is no such thing as 'unbiased'.. there is only varying bias' and outright lies.

some see a half full cup, some see a half empty cup.

if you want to find the middle ground, check out BBC, CNN, Al Jazeera and Xinhua for each story, and the unbiased news is somewhere in the middle.

  • No you are wrong, There IS such a thing a unbiased news. Organizations that work hard to up hold the profession of Journalism. I used to think like you do, not that I thought about it all that much.

I know this sound condescending, but I've been to other parts of the world, news is boring, straight forward and most importantly informative.

What really blew my mind is how differential CNN international is. Nothing like the crap they show in America.

  • I don't see how Hutchinson can be re-elected to any public office in Texas

She has never really represented the people. She's too weak & just does whatever the political bosses tell her to do.

  • Kay Bailey is running for gov of Texas. I don't see a difference between her and the present gov Rick Perry

  • youngturks make me sick!

  • wow; pwnage!

  • well, hutchinson is a hypocrite, but MSNBC is not a good example of journalism. They are just as biased as FOX NEWS along with most american news networks. Watch the BBC if you have a brain.

  • @TheArsenalfc101 the BBC has its own biases. i agree the BBC is better then mainstream American news networks. but you should NEVER get your news from the TV anyways. either print or online. any read multiple sources, some academic, some specialized, some foreign, some local, from all angles of politics. then you'll be able to dorm your own opinion.

but really you should look for the cold hard facts of the matter.

  • MSNBC, and CNN are crap, but in no way are equivalent to the right wing noise machine that is Fox News. MSNBC and CNN rereads the AP storys of the day and adds nothing of value.

Fox news intentionally manufactures the news to fit a preconceived political narrative.

    Huge difference.

  • So Olbermann just restates the news and doesn't present stories with extreme bias? haha ok....Watch the BBC, that's well thought out neutral journalism

  • lol, she got totally smoked

  • Obama is Illuminati...BOTTOM LINE

    WAKE UP

  • Hahahahah oh wow. Proof please?

  • yet again the republicans are shown to be a bunch of muppets with little more insight than a wet sock.

  • you guys cried and whined about the surge. it worked. you sucked. funny that is never mentioned. THe child in chief has ZERO CRED Someday this administration is going to have to quit comparing themselves to the past and be held accountable for the present. Can you say clown shoes?

  • the surge didn't work you moron.

the point still holds.. the republicans, and you, are strictly a bunch of politicized racists, who don't actually care about aphganistan, all you care about is taking down the black guy in charge.

  • @smokydave well stated facts! Also, repubs only care about getting things their way. They do not give a sh** what the country goes through....hence Bush had more holidays during his service than any other president

  • smokydave you are 100% right about the surge didn't work. but yet the republicans really think so. the credit goes to the Sunni Awakening. and the only reason why is because the iraqis(sunni) have gotten tired of there own people getting killed so they have started helping the USA. it wouldn't work in afghanistan because we haven't won the people's heart and mind with the usa occupation, dropping food one day then bombs the next day, killing familes, friends.

they just want the usa out !!!

  • 30,000 more troops to fight a war in a country where the Soviets fought for 9 years, sent over 1 million troops, and ultimately bankrupted the Soviet Union.

    Where do I sign up?

  • She's soooooo BUSTED! Total asshat hypocritical reDUHblicans.
