hey hey! Have you ever tried - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some amazing things about it and my friend got really defined 6 pack abs and lost a truck load of of weight with it.
Not everyone who is fat eats to much food!!! They just eat the wrong food! I'd say if you were eating a TRULY healthy diet which has the fibre and protein you need you can eat as much as you *want* !
This 'eat less' message out of context is really damaging. you cant get fat off a mix of fruit and veg.
I have a varied and healthy diet, I stay away from sweet foods and fried foods, I generally try to eat whole foods, bell pepper, spinach, eggs, fish, nuts, berries, wheet-bix, natural yoghurt blah blah blah, drink plenty of water every day, but I still feel hunger more then I should, i'm pretty slim everywhere but my gut, could this be just a result of drinking a bit of red wine at night? and how do I know what nutrient I'm missing? right now i'm hungry and i'm craving sushi
This is my second day on a no-added sugar diet. I can't believe how addicted I am to sugar! I crave it at least a dozen times a day and always have the thoughts: "one cookie wouldn't hurt..." I'm proud to say that I've defeated these thoughts so far by not caving in to my cravings. I only hope to keep this up! :)
@MsAltarEgo I've been off sugar for a long while now. check all your sauces and cereals..i'd make sure you get enough veg, and don't deny yourself if you feel like having a piece of fruit. I made the mistake of not eating enough fruit because I was paranoid it would make me gain weight- it won't if your not getting too much fat in your diet.
im wondering why our government would allow americans to eat MSG, high fructose corn syrup, and refined sugar. these ingredients are almost poisonous. O.o

I'm all for eating right and healthy but I'm sorry you are very very wrong here. Cravings have absolutely nothing to do with what your body needs. It's 100% completely related to hormones. If I crave a cheeseburger it doesn't mean I crave protein it means I want a fucking cheeseburger. I mean pregnant women can have pica and crave dirt...they don't need dirt. Cravings don't equal needs. And drinking water will not satisfy hunger

@belgijka I think that you would be one of the exceptions. Most people don't drink it unsweetened, and they also tend to replace water with green tea. Even unsweetened that's a lot of caffeine intake and no better than coffee or regular tea in that sense. Anything that's healthy can be unhealthy is done to excess, and that's what most people tend to do. You tell someone green tea is good for them, and it's all they drink from then on.
@flopski as a matter of fact this has really helped me. I also watch something like epic meal time which I find gross. Now I dont get cravings anymore and watching videos of that helped me stay on a raw food diet. I have lost 60 pounds.
I havn't eaten any fast food in over a year, along with drinking soda and taking in high fructose corn syrup/corn starch. I still weigh the same amount of weight that I did a year before I switched to healthier foods. Why is this?
@BriannnnaDiannnna If you're working out aswell, its probably because you've gained muscle and lost fat, you can tell by your waist and hip measurements, toned muscles etc. whether you've lost fat or not.

@Ivyzord they do have calories, but it is like spinach - it is not like there is a lot of calories in it and tea is like spinach broth in a way , and in a way tea is a good thing, but too much of is not a good thing , green and black tea have cafeine in them and thez can make the absobtion of tiamin and iron worse (so if you are having anemia - tea is a bad idea) ,
@Ivyzord hybiscus tea is a bad thing when you have low blood pressure ( belive me - I slept for 13 hours a day, when I used to drink eat) , in fact it is a t ricky tea, when it is hot is tp bring the pressure up, when cold - down, but the line between hot and cold is a bit tricky to find, so I do not take risk

i love these videos but it makes it harder when you show pretty pictures of chocolates and fluffy white bread. out of sight out of mind so pictures of happy skinny people eating blueberries or something. but no pretty chocolates or else i crave and i think others do too

If I eat grains, example: One sandwich with white meat or fish or a veggie sandwich(yum!!!) and a bowl of pasta without sauce and instead seasoning... then the rest of the day, I stick with stuff that doesn't have grains and eat until I'm full. I never get sugar cravings...ever. I crave things that are high in fat salt. Chips, crisps, popcorn, mexican or chinese food, or anything pizza related are the things I crave. Honestly I don't have the glucose problem. But I get more than enough fat, salt, and cholesterol in my diet. I may have normal blood pressure and heart rate but I'll probably get cancer someday.

@hatbatcatNAT *List of foods that help you fall asleep and relax muscles* - banana -chamomile tea - a little honey - potato - oatmeal - almonds - flax seeds - whole wheat breads. these foods have something in them that help your body to relax. I had the same problem. Try to get a little in as a snack a few hours befor bed. think of it as medicine and only have a small amount in hopes you won't over eat. Have it in a place you don't normally eat that may help you from over eating as well.
@helloandmee fiber is what gives you the "full" feeling after you eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains such as oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat bread. It keeps you fuller for a longer period of time because it actually gives bulk to food without adding calories.. .also makes you use the bathroom more regularly and is great for your digestive system and also to lower cholesterol.. high fiber foods are great for weight loss!

i love these videos but it makes it harder when you show pretty pictures of chocolates and fluffy white bread. out of sight out of mind so pictures of happy skinny people eating blueberries or something. but no pretty chocolates or else i crave and i think others do too

If I eat grains, example: One sandwich with white meat or fish or a veggie sandwich(yum!!!) and a bowl of pasta without sauce and instead seasoning... then the rest of the day, I stick with stuff that doesn't have grains and eat until I'm full. Every time I crave one of the four I make coffee.. alot. I know caffeine isn't good for you, but it won't make you gain weight. If it has happened to you, then it's probably the cream you're adding. Hard time? Concentrate on no sweets THEN dairy,

Try coffee with natural sweetners like Truvia or Sweet Leaf, it helped me get off sweets, soda, red meat, and dairy. That's just me. Please don't hate on my message if it doesn't work for you, I'm just trying to help. I understand completely, it took me until I was 21 to find something that helped. After I gave up those four, my skin cleared up, i felt more rested on less sleep, and felt much happier. When eating grains, only two servings of ANY, not each form Lol which i would like too.

WOW! I am 61 years old, overweight and with several health problems. I have never heard hunger and nutrition and cravings explained this way - I think I understand enough to know why I am the way I am and what I need to eat and not eat to change my life style. I work on a crew ship. The food is cooked onboard - MSG free, free from sugar (apart from deserts and cakes), salads are with salt and dressing on the side, loads of fruits... far better than in many food outlets on land!
Guess what? Some crewmembers (mostly Filipinos) counting days until the next port of call where they can GO OUT TO EAT at KFC, McDonalds or ”Chinese Food”. Many of them smuggle that food back to the ship. True addiction!

I never get sugar cravings...ever. I crave things that are high in fat salt. Chips, crisps, popcorn, mexican or chinese food, or anything pizza related are the things I crave. Honestly I don't have the glucose problem. But I get more than enough fat, salt, and cholesterol in my diet. I may have normal blood pressure and heart rate but I'll probably get cancer someday.

can your body get addicted to eating at night? i eat dinner at around 6 and don't usually go to bed till 12. it makes sense that i am hungary i guess, because by 10:00, after 4 hours of not eating, im hungary. but then i try and eat some fruit, but it doesn't help so i just eat a little granola or some nuts and end up eating too much and then feel guilty for eating at night. any advice would realllly be appreciated. i've definitely gained the freshman 15 this year :(

@hatbatcatNAT *List of foods that help you fall asleep and relax muscles* - banana -chamomile tea - a little honey - potato - oatmeal - almonds - flax seeds - whole wheat breads. these foods have something in them that help your body to relax. I had the same problem. Try to get a little in as a snack a few hours befor bed. think of it as medicine and only have a small amount in hopes you won't over eat. Have it in a place you don't normally eat that may help you from over eating as well.

@helloandmee fiber is what gives you the "full" feeling after you eat fruits, vegetables, whole grains such as oatmeal, brown rice, whole wheat bread. It keeps you fuller for a longer period of time because it actually gives bulk to food without adding calories.. .also makes you use the bathroom more regularly and is great for your digestive system and also to lower cholesterol.. high fiber foods are great for weight loss!
