@00horsecrazy00 No, they can't just be turned in. Right now the laws protect the abusers in rodeo arenas, not the animals. Rodeo livestock is exempt from cruelty statutes. Therefore, until the laws get changed, it is up to rodeo people to police themselves. Until then, unless these abusers are kicked out of rodeo, you all are culpable for their abusive ways.

And don't use your age as an excuse to not do anything. You're old enough to speak up against abuse.

The racehorse industry yanks prize money, imposes heavy fines, and suspends people for years or for life. The rodeo claims it doesn't shock horses to make them buck. Exposing this abuse is hardly extreme. Shocking horses is the behavior of animal abusers.
