OMG what a very touching and moving video,it just goes to show just when you think you have a bad run in life yourself you whatch a video like this to put it all back into perspective, what a beautiful baby boy and how brave of you to celebrate his life like this. my son has DMD he's 16 now and i feel a little luckier than i did a few min ago after watching you little boy.
What a sweet smiling little boy. He seemed so content and confident. He seemed to trust the world around him, and us to help him I wish we could have saved him. But he left an everlasting warmth in many hearts missing him my mother's heart goes out to him and to his parents for losing a child must be the most painful experience on Earth. That was so beautiful and touching. My heartstrings were tugged at this tribute. My girlfriend lost a child at birth and I was with her during that time, even up to helping her dress her daughter at the funeral home. I will say a prayer for you and yours.

He had SMA (Type 1). A form of muscular dystrophy.
There is no cure, or treatment, and children who have it usually only last about one year.
