I've been working in the banking industry for 5yrs, understand basics of underwriting, analyzing income, analyzing assets, liabilities, LTV, you know the basics. I had to comment on ur video I like the message that you are trying to convey.(helping others) Have you ever considered establishing a franchise as an income generating asset? My personal opinion its a promise with location. Well, thats my intensions. My question is would business credit play a part? and why?
